Between modernity and tradition
The 3 “Patio Rooms”, 6 “Garden Rooms”, 6 “Junior Suites” and 3 “Deluxe Suites” are spread all over Dar al Hossoun: Al Hossoun main courtyard, orchard and Al Borj courtyard (see Property plan).
Some are closer to the main living area (long pool, dining area, etc) and others are more secluded, in quieter areas, in the gardens.
Each suite or room is individually designed and decorated with local authentic rugs, cushions, tapestries, terracotta earthenware and has direct access and nice views to the gardens.
Patio Rooms
Surface: 30 to 35m2.
Capacity: 2 pers.

Rooms located in the very heart of the riad, with direct access to the patio of honor, close to the long basin. Each has a small decorative garden for natural light. Being close to the common areas, they are less recommended for those who like to wake-up or sleep early…
garden ROOMS
Surface: 30 to 35m2.

Located in the gardens to which they offer direct access to enjoy the atmosphere and the outdoors in complete tranquility, with coffee table and bench or armchairs available. Their advantageous location offers unique privacy and tranquility.
Junior SuiteS
Surface: 40 to 50m2.
Capacity : 3 pers.

Our junior suites are scattered in the gardens, with access and direct communication with nature. The living area, very comfortable with a lounge to relax in peace away from the activity of the house… or in the surrounding gardens (chairs and tables available).
Deluxe SuiteS
Surface: 100 m2 + terrace privative 50m2.
Capacity : 3 pers.

On the first floor or 1st floor, these suites are the largest and offer beautiful views of the riad’s patio and its lush vegetation. A living room area with beautiful bay windows allow for beautiful natural light and access to private terraces with coffee table, armchairs and deck chairs.
Villa Dar al Ahbab

The Villa has four charming rooms, bright and air-conditioned, with private bathroom and toilet, and a complementary room that can also be configured as a massage room. The “Guest House” is surrounded by nearly 2,500m2 of beautiful “dry” gardens; it is an oasis of calm, serenity and greenery… without vis-à-vis, the living area is a cocoon of intimacy.
